FINANCING DISCLOSURE – BOISE AUTO SALES LLC

Boise Auto Sales LLC, located at 2208 Kishwaukee Street, Rockford, Illinois 61104, provides vehicle financing options through third-party lenders and, in some cases, in-house financing programs. By applying for financing through our dealership or website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Credit Approval Required

All financing is subject to credit approval. Approval is not guaranteed and is based on several factors including, but not limited to:

Credit history and score
Income and employment verification
Debt-to-income ratio
Residence stability

2. Interest Rates & Terms

Interest rates, annual percentage rates (APR), loan terms, and payment amounts are determined based on the applicant’s creditworthiness and overall financial profile.

Rates may vary significantly between applicants. Promotional rates, if offered, may be limited to well-qualified buyers.

3. Third-Party Lenders

Boise Auto Sales LLC may submit your credit application to one or more third-party lenders. Each lender has its own underwriting guidelines, terms, and conditions.

We do not control or guarantee the decisions made by these lenders.

4. In-House Financing (Buy Here Pay Here)

In certain cases, Boise Auto Sales LLC may offer in-house financing options. These programs may:

Require a higher down payment
Include higher interest rates than traditional lenders
Require more frequent payment schedules (weekly/bi-weekly)

All terms will be clearly disclosed prior to signing any agreement.

5. Down Payments & Fees

A down payment is typically required and will vary based on the vehicle, lender requirements, and applicant profile.

Additional fees may include, but are not limited to:

Taxes
Title and registration fees
Documentation fees

All applicable charges will be disclosed before finalizing the transaction.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Terms

Submitting a financing application does not guarantee approval or specific loan terms. Advertised payments or rates (if any) are estimates and may not reflect final terms.

7. Accuracy of Information

By submitting a financing application, you certify that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of credit.

8. Credit Checks & Authorization

By applying for financing, you authorize Boise Auto Sales LLC and its lending partners to:

Obtain and review your credit report
Verify employment, income, and other financial information
Share your application with potential lenders

This may result in one or more inquiries on your credit report.
